Fulfillment

The ACA created new reporting requirements under Internal Revenue Code Sections 6055 and 6056. Under these rules, certain employers must provide information to the IRS about the health plan coverage they offer (or do not offer) to their employees. Employers are required to report this information to the IRS annually in the first quarter for the prior calendar year using forms 1094-C and 1095-C. The employer must also distribute individual 1095-C forms to all applicable employees. Gatekeeper’s advanced HR portal allows employers to stay compliant in their reporting and processes.
